Job summary

Farmers Insurance - Oklahoma seeks a motivated bilingual Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. The role focuses on generating and closing personal and commercial insurance opportunities, with English/Spanish fluency as a key asset.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, build relationships, quote options, and strive to meet monthly sales goals while maintaining accurate client data. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Willing to obtain Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License if not licensed.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with new leads
• Quote and sell personal and commercial insurance products
• Make inbound and outbound sales calls
