Qualifikationen

• Bilingual English/Spanish required to service diverse client base.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial insurance experience.
• Active Property and Casualty license or ability to obtain quickly.
• Strong sales abilities with proven closing track record.
• Comfortable using VOIP, dialers, and CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Meet and exceed new business production goals.
• Develop quotes, present tailored solutions, and close sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and Business Owners.
• Educate clients on commercial insurance policies that fit their needs.
• Prospect new business through agency-provided leads and referrals.
• Utilize VOIP, dialers, CRM, and other technologies to contact prospects.
• Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records and follow-up activities.
