Job summary

Pronto Insurance in Long Beach, CA is seeking motivated Sales Agents. No prior insurance experience required; training is fully paid, and licensing fees are covered. This is a full-time role with an hourly base pay plus Commission potential.

You will provide customer service in English and Spanish, identify client needs, process policy changes, and drive sales through leads and outreach. Occasional travel to other offices in the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience required; sales or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and goal-oriented.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and contribute to a team.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through interactions, referrals, and company leads.
• Make outbound calls for reminders, promotions, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing and community relationships.
• Handle cash transactions and complete financial paperwork.
• Open/close the office and maintain a professional environment.
• Follow underwriting guidelines and travel to other offices as needed.
