Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Customer service experience required; sales or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States and willing to complete a background check.
• Willing to obtain and maintain the required insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that meettheir goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, referrals, marketing activities, and leads provided by the company.
• Make outbound calls for reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and building community relationships.
• Handle cash transactions, balance daily deposits, and complete financial paperwork.
• Open and close the office as needed and maintain a professional work environment.
• Follow company procedures and carrier underwriting guidelines.
• Travel to other office locations within the assigned region when needed.
