Job summary

Pronto Insurance in Stockton, CA is seeking motivated Sales Agents to join our growing team. This full-time role offers paid training, licensing support, and a compensation structure that includes hourly base pay plus commission.

No prior insurance experience is required; bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred. You will provide excellent service, process policy changes, and generate sales through calls, referrals, and community outreach. Travel to other local offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required or preferred.
• Customer service experience is required; sales or insurance experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to multitask and work in a goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that align with their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, referrals, marketing activities, and leads.
