Pronto Insurance seeks motivated Sales Agents in Palmdale, CA to join our growing network. No prior insurance experience required; we provide fully paid training and licensing support.

You will provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, identify client needs, process policy changes, and generate sales from leads and referrals. Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Customer service experience required; sales or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that align with their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, follow-up calls, referrals, marketing activities, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for payment reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and building community relationships.
• Handle cash transactions, balance daily deposits, and complete required financial paperwork.
• Open and close the office as needed and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
• Follow company procedures and carrier underwriting guidelines.
• Travel and work at other office locations within the assigned region when needed.
