Pronto Insurance is hiring motivated Sales Agents to join our expanding team in a multi-location environment. This full-time role includes fully paid training, licensing support, and opportunities to earn through base pay plus commission.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, with strong customer service and sales skills. No prior insurance experience is required; licensing costs are covered and ongoing support is provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required for customer interactions.
• Customer service experience is required; sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills essential for understanding client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions.
• Process policy changes, updates, payments and renewals.
• Generate sales through interactions, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for reminders, promotions, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing and build community relationships.
• Handle cash transactions and balance deposits.
• Open/close the office and maintain a professional environment.
• Follow underwriting guidelines and company procedures.
• Travel to other office locations within the region as needed.
