Job summary

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Life and Health license preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use insurance agency computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with insurance customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Guide clients through the insurance review process, educating them on options and helping them make informed choices.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Provide timely activity reports to the agency principal.
• Stay current on product changes, licensing, and continuing education.
