• Completes paperwork for disputed claims and indigent waivers.
• Monitors patient insurance information for AR department and QA processes.
• Assists with Medicare enrollment, terminations, and reinstatements.
• Tracks monthly indicators and ensures timely coordination with employer group plans.
• Performs local travel to clinics as required; valid driver's license needed.
