Responsibilities

• Meet with dialysis patients to educate and coordinate insurance options.
• Educate on Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Supplement, State Renal programs and COBRA.
• Obtain premium statements and signatures from patients; ensure paperwork is completed.
• Track and audit insurance information in billing systems; assist with indigent waivers.
