Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication, customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with dialysis patients to educate and coordinate insurance options.
• Educate on Medicare, Medicaid, COBRA, and other programs; assist applications.
• Obtain statements, signatures and necessary documents for waivers.
• Monitor and verify patient insurance status and billing information.
