• Bilingual English & Spanish proficiency.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and email.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn agency systems.
• Prior customer service or office experience preferred.
• Insurance experience or licensing is a plus (or willingness to obtain license).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to existing clients.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages professionally.
• Assist customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes.
• Process endorsements, policy updates, and document requests.
• Send and follow up on DocuSign documents and required forms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Support agents with administrative and service-related tasks.
• Follow up with customers to ensure requests are completed.
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
• Adhere to agency and Farmers Insurance guidelines.
