You will provide clarity and comfort when they need it most, and you will be the friendly face the community relies on.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license within 90 days.
• Comfort with basic computer navigation and office software.
• Clear, empathetic communication style.
• Retail or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen closely to policyholders to understand their needs.
• Guide clients through updating policies or filing claims with clarity.
• Process payments and manage policy changes accurately.
• Maintain open communication with the local community.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve client issues promptly.
• Keep accurate digital records of all interactions.
