Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written (required).
• Proven customer service experience, with a preference for experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others and problem-solving.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing policyholder questions and concerns with professionalism, patience, and clear communication.
• Educate clients on their insurance policies, coverage options, and billing details to ensure understanding and confidence.
• Accurately process policy updates, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage incoming calls and emails, providing prompt, courteous, and professional responses.
• Assist licensed agents with administrative support and client follow-up as needed.
• Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented office environment.
