Christian Durand - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to join a local Silver Spring team. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding service, handling policy changes, billing questions, and cross-selling State Farm products to help clients protect what matters most.

You will build lasting relationships, maintain accurate account records, and collaborate with the agency to meet office goals while staying compliant with insurance regulations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and account servicing.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the coverage that best fits their needs.
• Educate customers about State Farm insurance and financial service products.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional products based on customer needs.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, renewals, and outstanding requests.
• Process customer requests accurately and maintain detailed account records.
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and office goals.
• Maintain compliance with State Farm guidelines and insurance regulations.
