Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier service to English and Spanish-speaking clients.
• Use agency-supplied leads to generate new business and expand network.
• Advise clients on insurance needs and recommend solutions.
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products.
• Build strong client relationships through service and policy reviews.
• Stay current on insurance products, compliance and industry trends.
