Job summary

Allstate - Byrne Agency in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a bilingual Insurance Agent to serve Spanish or Vietnamese-speaking clients with friendly, knowledgeable guidance.

You will sell auto, home, life and other Allstate products, guide customers through applications and claims, and build lasting community relationships while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish or Vietnamese (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for helping others and building community relationships.
• Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish or Vietnamese-speaking customers, providing clear and comprehensive insurance advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and life circumstances.
• Offer tailored insurance solutions, including auto, home, life, and other Allstate products.
• Guide clients through the policy selection, application, and claims process with patience and expertise.
• Actively participate in community events to build brand awareness and connect with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
