Qualifications
- Experience leading installer service counter.
- Strong communication and bilingual abilities encouraged.
- Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maximize installer sales and market entitlement.
- Directs installer service counter team for best customer service.
- Assist in staffing ISSs, delivery staff and support personnel.
- Participate in recruiting and interviewing processes with management.
- Ensure efficient vehicle routing and minimize costs.
- Address and resolve commercial customer complaints promptly.
- Oversee inventory discrepancies and warranty parts handling.
- Coordinate with management on performance evaluations and training.
