The ideal candidate has a strong mechanics background, solid communication skills, and knowledge of automotive repairs. Spanish language ability is highly desirable and ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs is desired.
• ASE Certification is required or preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take and invoice orders over the phone and online; direct parts to delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per standards.
• Direct and coordinate delivery specialists for timely orders.
• Verify billing for product/merchandise and handle returns efficiently.
• Assist front/back counters and stock duties as needed.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and accurately.
