Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online; invoice and direct parts for delivery.
• Direct delivery specialists to ensure timely customer deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per standards.
• Complete vehicle inspections daily and log mileage accurately.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Managers to serve customers.
• Verify warranties/cores are billed before checkout.
• Coordinate return pickups and credits for cores/warranty items.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Support backroom tasks such as auto-loads, stock, and returns.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
