Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Installer Service Specialist to serve professional customers at the installer counter. The role oversees daily activity of the delivery team to ensure accurate and timely order deliveries and maintains vehicles and inspections in line with company standards.

Candidates with hands-on auto repair knowledge, ASE certification, and multilingual abilities (Spanish preferred) will fit well in this cooperative, growth‑oriented team. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders over the phone and online; invoice and direct parts to delivery.
• Route delivery specialists to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Complete vehicle inspections on time and record daily mileages.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide excellent service.
• Verify all product and warranty parts are billed before customers leave.
• Process returns for core and warranty credits promptly.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed; support backroom duties.
• Assist with labor claims, ensuring quick processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
