Job summary

PrePass is seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to drive SMB fleet compliance software sales in English and Spanish. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to product demonstrations and closing new business.

This quota-carrying role requires 3–5 years in SaaS or fleet-related sales, strong bilingual communication, and CRM experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in transportation or fleet software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with ability to conduct sales conversations and demonstrations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
• Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage SMB fleet customers in English and Spanish.
• Manage inbound leads and qualify opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and forecast performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to refine messaging.
