PrePass is seeking a results-driven Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our growing SMB Fleet Compliance team. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to product demonstrations and closing—in English and Spanish.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in SaaS or fleet software sales, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting quotas. This is a quota-carrying role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years inside sales, preferably in transportation or fleet software.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for conversations & demos.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Responsabilidades

• Execute sales process from prospecting to close, including demos.
• Engage SMB fleets in English and Spanish and qualify inbound/outbound leads.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast pipelines, and report progress.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales leadership to refine messaging.
