PrePass is seeking a results-driven Bilingual Inside Sales Representative – SMB Fleet Compliance Software (English/Spanish) to join our growing sales team in Phoenix, AZ. You will own the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing new business, engaging SMB fleets in both English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of inside sales experience in SaaS and fleet-related software, with a proven track record of meeting quotas and strong CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inside sales experience in transportation or fleet software.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle—from prospecting to close.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
• Self-motivated with accountability and drive.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and engage SMB fleet customers through outbound calls, email, and digital channels in both English and Spanish.
• Manage inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and convert prospects into customers.
• Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, and closing.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships and articulate the value of PrePass software (safety, compliance, efficiency) in both languages.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline, forecast progress, and report results.
