Job summary

Classic Metals Suppliers Corp seeks a bilingual Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative in Tampa, FL, to manage inbound/outbound sales, nurture client relationships, and deliver top-notch service in English and Spanish.

You will handle inquiries, process orders, provide quotes, and maintain CRM records while supporting campaigns and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Proven experience in inside sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Execute the essential duties of the position, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to leads and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM tools.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• From time to time, travel to or assist at other company warehouse locations as business needs require.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
