You will educate customers, interpret project requirements, develop specifications, provide quotes, and secure contracts and deposits.

Post-sale duties include order entry and coordinating with manufacturing and delivery to meet timelines. The role is office-based and requires Spanish language proficiency, strong customer service

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual required (Spanish).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three (3) years in sales or service-oriented industry preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
• This job is 100% office based at 8600 Amarillo Blvd East, Amarillo, TX 79108.

• Generate professional project estimates and sales of metal building systems and related products.
• Enter sales orders and coordinate internal resources to satisfy customers timely and accurately.
• Manage post-delivery issues including damages, shortages, delays, and changes.
• Ensure pricing compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Serve as the customer point of contact and maintain positive relationships.
• Act as liaison between customer and company for issues and requests.
• Analyze and report competitive market information.
• Provide customer-focused activities, deliverables, and services.
