Wireless Plus is hiring an Inside Sales Agent in Van Nuys, CA. This full-time position offers an hourly base with uncapped commission and a fast-paced environment where you can build a career in wireless sales.

You will handle calls with Verizon customers, identify savings opportunities, and sell devices and services while keeping accurate records. Bilingual English/Spanish is required; Armenian is a plus; 3+ years in commission-based sales and CRM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish to service a diverse customer base.
• Experience in a commission-based sales role in a call center or wireless industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Self-motivated with a drive to turn opportunities into sales and build relationships.
• Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to upsell and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with Verizon Wireless customers.
• Spot opportunities to save customers money and expand accounts.
• Sell smartphones, tablets, mobile internet, and related services.
• Book and manage appointments, follow-ups, and callbacks.
• Maintain accurate records of every call and interaction.
• Participate in daily huddles and training to improve performance.
• Track personal metrics and own results.
