Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport quickly and identify customer needs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless devices, plans, accessories, and home internet (including Fios) and beat monthly goals.
• Own the customer experience from greeting to checkout, answer questions, and demonstrate features.
• Prospect through in-store engagement, local outreach, and follow-up with existing customers.
• Stay updated on new products and promotions to speak with authority.
• Handle store operations: opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Collaborate with the team to hit targets and maintain high energy.
