Job summary

Wireless Plus is hiring an Inside Sales Agent in Van Nuys, CA. This full-time position offers an hourly base with uncapped commission and a fast-paced environment where you can build a career in wireless sales.

You will handle calls with Verizon customers, identify savings opportunities, and sell devices and services while keeping accurate records. Bilingual English/Spanish is required; Armenian is a plus; 3+ years in commission-based sales and CRM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish to service a diverse customer base.

• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with new and existing Verizon Wireless customers
• Spot opportunities to save customers money and grow their accounts
• Sell smartphones, tablets, mobile internet, and other services that fit the customer's life
• Book and manage appointments, follow-ups, and callbacks
• Keep clean, accurate records of every call and interaction
• Show up to daily huddles and training ready to get better
• Track your own numbers and own your results

What You Bring

• Bilingual required: English/Spanish. You'll be talking to a diverse customer base and need to serve them in the language they're comfortable in.
• Armenian language skills are a big plus.
• 3+ years in a commission-based sales role preferred
