Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales, retail, or customer-facing work.
• Knack for building rapport and reading customer needs.
• Competitive drive with genuine care for customers.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new products.
• Flexibility for rotating schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless devices, plans, accessories, and home internet (Fios) and beat monthly goals.
• Own the customer experience from greeting to checkout, answering questions, demonstrating features, and resolving concerns.
• Prospect through in-store engagement, local outreach, and follow-up with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Stay sharp on new products, promotions, and the competition to speak with authority.
• Handle store operations: opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Work with your team to hit targets and keep the store energy high.
