Wireless Plus, Inc. is expanding its SMB and Inbound Call Center team in Van Nuys. If you love talking to people and building a career, this role offers base pay plus uncapped commission with performance bonuses.

As a bilingual English/Spanish sales role, Armenian is a strong plus. You will handle inbound/outbound calls for Verizon customers, sell devices and services, manage leads, and maintain accurate records while attending daily training sessions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; Armenian language skills are a big plus.
• 3+ years in a commission-based sales role preferred.
• Call center or wireless industry experience is a strong plus.
• Motivated by commission and able to hit sales goals.
• Familiar with CRM and customer messaging platforms; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Motivated by commission, with a proven ability to hit sales goals
• Comfortable learning and using sales, CRM, and customer messaging platforms. Salesforce experience preferred.
