Job summary

ABC Supply is the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products. Inside Sales Associates provide expert service to help customers purchase roofing, siding, and window products in Maryland.

Responsibilities include determining customer needs, following a product checklist, answering phones and entering orders, accepting payments, and coordinating pickups and deliveries. 1–2 years of roofing/siding/windows experience preferred; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of roofing, siding, and windows experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products.
• Answer phones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and accuracy.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
