Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding and window products and to process sales orders. You will answer calls, handle orders, coordinate pickups with the warehouse, and ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires 1-2 years of related experience, strong communication, and a team-oriented attitude. Health, 401(k), and other benefits are provided after 60 days.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Detail and service-oriented, team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products.
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time.
• Reordering products to keep shelves stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns.
