ABC Supply, the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is hiring Inside Sales Associates. You’ll help customers choose roofing, siding, windows, and other supplies while delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' roofing, siding, and windows experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply them to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse and follow up on deliveries.
