ABC Supply Co. Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding, and window products and to process orders with accuracy. You’ll upsell, handle calls, and coordinate pickups with the warehouse, ensuring on-time delivery and complete orders.

Candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a service-oriented mindset. This role offers growth within a respected national distributor and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies.
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise.
