Samsung C&T America, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support our Steel Sales team.

This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, the sales team, and logistics operations, ensuring seamless order processing and delivery from purchase order receipt through final shipment. The ideal candidate will assist with sales coordination, inventory management, logistics communication, and trade documentation while maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, logistics, or order management.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to interact and communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Co-ordination: Primary internal contact for clients, handling inquiries, quotes, and POs for steel products.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise between External Sales and Logistics/Documentation teams for accurate order transmission.
• Order Tracking & Logistics Liaison: Coordinate with logistics on shipping schedules, vessel tracking, and delivery statuses.
• Documentation Management: Verify and manage invoices, packing lists, MTCs, and shipping documents.
• Account & Data Maintenance: Maintain customer records and sales data within CRM/ERP.
• Inventory & Position Management: Oversee inventory levels and tracking of long/short positions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
