Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be the first contact for potential clients, guiding families through services and confirming eligibility. You will coordinate with Admissions, Recruiting, and the Coordination team to move inquiries to active care with speed and empathy.

Responsibilities include structured intake, insurance verification, and presenting service benefits. A high-volume calling environment and Zoho CRM usage are central to success.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years of sales or intake experience (healthcare or insurance preferred).
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare, MCOs, and home care authorizations is a plus.
• Strong phone communication, persistence, and ability to close with care.
• Experience using CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
• Ability to handle objections and explain complex info calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured intake calls to collect client information and needs.
• Verify insurance coverage to determine service eligibility.
• Explain benefits and walk families through the home care process.
• Assess client fit based on coverage and agency guidelines.
• Maintain daily call activity and move clients to Start of Care.
• Handle a high volume of calls (100+ per day).
• Enter intake data into CRM (Zoho) accurately.
• Assign lead statuses and provide clear follow-up notes.
• Maintain communication with service coordinators and referral sources.
• Confirm onboarding steps are completed prior to activation.
• Attend weekly pipeline meetings and report case progress.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
