Job summary

Kyo is a leading ABA therapy provider expanding across the United States. The Client Enrollment Specialist coordinates onboarding with families, insurers, and internal teams, guiding clients from first contact to service launch with professionalism and care.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination.
• 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing service role.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional projects and manage data.
• Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the intake and onboarding process.
• Collect and manage client data to facilitate insurance authorizations, service setup, and payment processing.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.
• Troubleshoot issues creatively and independently as they arise.
• Prepare, collect, and submit documentation to health insurance payers, including authorizations, agreements, and contracts.
• Support cross-functional projects and periodic service audits.
• Build expertise in Kyo's practice and project management platforms; assist teams with technical or process-related questions.
• Maintain accurate tracking of client onboarding steps within internal systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
