Qualifications

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment; all faiths welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with compassionate care.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written).
• Proficient computers and software aptitude.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Guide families through the Order of Christian Funerals and options with a consultative approach.
• Own the full arc of a family's journey from arrangement meetings to committals and parish outreach.
• Work autonomously with a supportive team.
