Archdiocese of Milwaukee Catholic Cemeteries is seeking a Family Service Advisor who will guide families through funeral planning with compassionate, consultative conversations rooted in Catholic values.

You will own your trajectory within a mission-driven team, delivering arrangement meetings to parish outreach in a dynamic, faith-centered setting. Bilingual Spanish is required, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment.
• This is about calling, not checkboxes—all faiths and backgrounds welcome.

Responsibilities

• Guide families through the Order of Christian Funerals and their options; accompaniment first, arrangement second.
• Walk families through funeral options with consultative, relationship-driven conversations.
• Work autonomously with a supportive team as you build a path forward.
• Be present across the full arc of a family’s journey, from arrangement meetings to committals and parish outreach.
