Qualifications

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment; all faiths welcome
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with compassionate care
• Strong organization and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Live your faith and support families through the funeral planning process from consultation to arrangements
• Guide families through the Order of Christian Funerals with a focus on accompaniment over selling
• Own your success with autonomy and a supportive team
• Be present across the full arc of a family’s journey, from arrangements to committals and parish outreach
