Job summary

Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions is seeking a Korean-English bilingual Customer Service / Inside Sales Administrator for our client in Buffalo Grove, IL. The role focuses on order status, logistics tracking, quotes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in sales administration or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Korean and English is required.
• 2–3 years in sales administration, purchasing or inside sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for customers and internal clients via phone and email.
• Enter data accurately, process orders, returns, and update logistics in company systems.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales to ensure timely order processing and forecast demand.
• Provide quotations and assist with product pricing for customers.
• Interface with internal departments and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve issues related to purchases, warranties, and deliveries and track inventory.
