Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately through the ERP system.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and delivery.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with internal teams and overseas offices.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with order planning to meet demand.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and documentation.
