Job summary

LKQ Corp. seeks an Inside Sales Coordinator to support revenue growth by promoting parts and services, assisting customers, and translating needs into quotes and orders.

This on-site role requires strong communication and basic computer skills, with bilingual English/Spanish helpful for a diverse customer base. You will handle order entry, pricing inquiries, and follow-up while coordinating with supply and logistics to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; 1+ years related experience.
• College coursework or degree preferred.
• Automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and additional information needed.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when not available.
• Process orders – entry, review for pricing/quantities/shipping data; may dispatch orders.
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
