LKQ Corporation is hiring motivated individuals for a role focused on promoting sales of new and existing products, delivering outstanding customer service, and evaluating customer needs. You will answer questions regarding parts, pricing, and services, and support transactions with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include processing orders, informing customers about prices and delivery, and advising on substitutions when parts are unavailable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred in automotive or parts sales.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Knowledge of automotive parts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales of parts and provide customer service, evaluating customer needs and answering questions on parts, pricing, and services.
• Provide information on warranties, prices, quality, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and other information needed.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification if a part isn’t available.
• Process orders (entry, pricing, quantities, shipping data) and follow up as needed.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
