Job summary

LKQ Corp. in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to generate revenue by promoting parts, providing customer service, and handling orders. This on-site role emphasizes accurate pricing and clear communication with customers.

You will qualify customer needs, update on warranties, delivery times, and payment methods, process orders, and follow up to grow the customer base. Bilingual English/Spanish and automotive parts knowledge are a plus; 1+ years of related experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide relevant information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work orders, interchange and returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
• Process orders – entry, review for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
