Responsibilities include order processing, inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive revenue. The position requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and prior automotive experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of related experience.
• College coursework or degree.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales of new and existing company products and provide customer service.
• Evaluate customer needs and answer questions about parts, pricing and services.
• Complete internal documents for transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships to cultivate new business.
• Inform customers about unit prices, shipping dates, delays and payment methods.
• Advise customers on substitutions when parts aren’t available.
• Process orders including entry, pricing, quantities and shipping data.
