Job summary

LKQ Corporation seeks a motivated sales/customer service professional in Raleigh, NC. You will promote parts, respond to customer inquiries, and support order processing to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.

Must have automotive knowledge, and strong communication in English (bilingual Spanish preferred). This role emphasizes accurate data entry, responsive service, and building lasting customer relationships in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, interchanges and returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when item requested is not available.
• Process orders – order entry, review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
