IDEXX Laboratories, Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support Canada in a bilingual capacity. You will engage veterinary practices through phone conversations and educational discussions, driving loyalty and diagnostic revenue growth with IDEXX products and services.

You will collaborate with front-line sales, maintain Salesforce records, and pursue opportunities within an active customer base. The role requires fluency in French (Quebecois preferred) and English, 1–2 years of direct

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both French and English.
• Basic experience in direct telephone or customer face-to-face sales (1-2 years).
• Diagnostic sales experience is a plus.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Present IDEXX values to customers in a professional manner across industry knowledge and processes.
• Use consultative selling to help practices grow diagnostic revenue with IDEXX as a high-value partner.
• Perform discovery to generate leads within the existing customer base and increase territory revenue.
• Help build customer loyalty through IDEXX products and services including in-house diagnostics and testing solutions.
• Collaborate with field sales to boost diagnostic utilization and year-over-year revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and interactions in Salesforce.
