Job summary

Novvia Group in Franklin, TN, is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager - Bilingual (Spanish/English) to own a portfolio of customer accounts and drive growth through strong relationships and smart solutions.

You will engage with dozens of decision-makers weekly, introduce value-added products, and collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service to ensure an excellent customer experience. This is an in-office, full-time role with training and coaching.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) - fluent in Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent business experience).
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of business customers.
• Connect with customers regularly to understand their needs and identify growth opportunities (talk to dozens of decision-makers each week).
• Introduce new products and solutions that add value to their business.
• Partner with sales, operations, and customer service teams to deliver a great customer experience.
• Track activity and opportunities using CRM tools to stay organized and drive results.
